Cancellation & Refund Policy – SkipTrek

Last Updated: November 15, 2025

This policy explains when and how you can cancel a booking or request a refund on skiptrek.com (the "Platform"). All bookings are final unless stated otherwise.

1. General Rule: No Refunds on Bookings

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• This applies to all events: concerts, festivals, clubs, sports, etc.

• You cannot cancel or get a refund just because you changed your mind.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If the event is canceled by the organizer:

→ You are eligible for a full refund (including service fees).

→ Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

• If the event is postponed or rescheduled:

→ Your ticket remains valid for the new date.

→ If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 7 days of the announcement for a possible refund (subject to organizer approval).

SkipTrek does not decide refunds — the event organizer or ticketing partner does.

3. How to Request a Refund (Organizer Cancellation Only)

1. Email us at hola@skiptrek.com with:

• Order number

• Proof of cancellation (organizer email, website announcement)

2. We’ll forward your request to the ticketing partner.

3. You’ll receive confirmation within 3–5 business days.

4. Service Fees

• SkipTrek’s platform fee (if any) is non-refundable, even if the event is canceled.

• Only the ticket face value + taxes are refunded.

5. Force Majeure (Acts of God)

• No refunds for events affected by weather, strikes, pandemics, or government orders unless the organizer cancels.

• "Skip the line" access is not guaranteed during force majeure.

6. Fraud or Error

• If you were charged incorrectly or suspect fraud:

→ Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

→ We’ll investigate and correct if valid.
